Kreative Media provides AI-powered creative production services including but not limited to:

• AI-generated video advertisements and commercials
• AI avatar and virtual spokesperson creation
• UGC-style content production
• Product photography and visual content
• Creative strategy and consulting

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Ensure you have the necessary rights to any materials you provide to us
• Use our deliverables in compliance with applicable laws
• Make timely payments as outlined in your service agreement
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed-upon timelines

4. Intellectual Property

Our IP

All content on the Kreative Media website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the delivered creative assets as specified in their service agreement. The specific scope of usage rights will be outlined in individual project contracts.

AI-Generated Content

Creative assets produced using AI tools are subject to the terms and limitations of the underlying AI platforms. We will clearly communicate any relevant restrictions that may apply to your deliverables.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including pricing, schedules, and accepted methods, will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals. General terms include:

• A deposit may be required before work commences
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your agreement
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

6. Revisions and Approvals

The number of included revisions will be specified in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Final deliverables are considered approved if no feedback is provided within the agreed review period.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, creative briefs, unreleased marketing materials, and financial information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kreative Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement as outlined in the specific service agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• Completed deliverables will be provided to the client
• Work-in-progress may be delivered at our discretion, subject to payment

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
